This is my first entry into the world of the internet for sales.  I've previously been locally based, and would get national orders from people who'd seen someone wearing one of my pieces.  Right now, I'm trying to make my items more accessible to you, so you can get a better perspective on how the jewelry looks, rather than in a printed brochure.   If this web site generates interest, then I'll work toward getting on-line ordering.

When you contact me, please let me know what you are interested in ordering.  I will respond back with information I need from you, such as Shipping information, wrist size, names, birthmonths, colors, as applicable to the items requested.  

Once I have your information, I'll respond with an invoice--this is equivalent to an Order Confirmation.  It will contain a description of your request and the amount due.  All orders sent within the state of Illinois will be charged 7.6% tax.  
Payment at present is via personal check or money order.  All personal checks must clear the bank before I will send your order.   You can make your check out to

Products
All of the products shown are custom-made for you using sterling silver, 14Kt gold-filled, Swarovski (TM) crystal, and handmade glass bead or lampwork beads.  In very rare cases, a vermiel (gold-plated) spacer or rhodium plated crystal rondell will be used.

Every effort will be made to design your jewelry order as close to the one pictured.  Please be aware that slight variations exist in handmade beads and bali silver; and the size of your wrist may require me to make substitutions for a proper fit and look.  Please be assured that the beauty and quality of your jewelry will not be compromised.  The little differences are what make each piece of jewelry truly unique, unlike mass produced products sold.

If you are interested in something custom, please contact me so we can discuss your desires and come up with an agreeable design and price.  Customization is fun for me!
Determining Your Wrist Size
Obtaining a good wrist size is absolutely the most important part of ensuring a proper bracelet fit.  To do this, measure the wrist you will wear the bracelet around the bony part.  Do not add to this number!   This will help me determine the length of your bracelet or bangle depending on the shape and size of beads. 

If this is a gift, try to obtain the end-to-end length of a favorite bracelet or approximate ladies wrist size:  small - 6", medium, 6.5", large 7".         

Remember, nothing beats an actual measurement!
Shipping/Handling
All jewelry will be shipped within 1-3 weeks of receipt of payment--because it is all custom made for you, time is required to build each individual piece.  Large orders may take more time.  If this is the case, I will contact you to let you know if additional time will be required.

All purchases will be shipped via USPriority Mail. This will include delivery confirmation. Orders up to 1 lb will be $4.00.   Orders over 1 lb will be shipped at rates according to mail zones.  I will include the cost of shipping in the delivery confirmation/invoice. 
Guarantee & Resizing Policy
- Satisfaction is guaranteed.  If you are not happy with your purchase, please return it within 30 days with the receipt for an exchange or full refund (excludes shipping).

- There is a 90-day guarantee on workmanship and materials. 
   -- This does not cover breakage of glass or crystal beads or resizing.
   -- Returned items must be mailed in insured packaging and include a copy of the receipt.

- Resizing: No matter what fit formula used,  you may not like the fit of your bracelet.      
  -- Resizing will be done at no charge (excludes shipping) if returned within 30 days with receipt.

- Resizing after 30 days: Resizing requires me to totally restring your bracelet.  Time=$ 
  -- There will be a $5.00 charge for restringing a ladies single strand bracelet, $6.50 for a double strand, and $8.00 for a triple strand bracelet;, plus $4.00 shipping/handling as applicable.

-- Resizing from a girl's bracelet to ladies sizes:   the difference in the two bracelet costs will be assessed, plus a $4.00 shipping/handling fee.
