Eternal Father, I offer Thee the most precious blood of Thy Divine Son, Jesus, in union with the Masses said throughout the world today, for all the Holy Souls in Purgatory, for sinners everywhere, for sinners in the Universal Church, those in my own home and within my family"
-St Gertrude prayed often for the Holy Souls in Purgatory, and was told by Jesus that He would release 1000 souls from Purgatory every time this prayer is said. It is included in the chaplet below and if you say the whole chaplet, 50,000 souls will be released.

1. Say the "Apostle's Creed" on the Crucifix:
I believe in God the Father Almighty, Creator of Heaven and Earth, and in Jesus Christ His only Son our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, sufferred under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died and was buried. He descended into hell. The third day he arose from the dead. He ascended into Heaven and sits on the right hand of God the Father Almighty, from whence he shall come to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Holy Catholic Church, the Communion of Saints, the forgiveness of sins, the Ressurection of the body and Life Everlasting, Amen.
On the first bead, say the "Our Father":
Our Father who art in Heaven, Hallowed be Thy name. Thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us, and lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil, Amen.
On the next 3 beads, say a "Hail Mary":
Hail Mary, full of Grace, the Lord is with Thee, Blessed art thou among women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death, Amen.
On the fifth bead, say a "Glory Be":
Glory be to the Father, and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning is now and ever shall be, World without end, Amen.
Starting on the Centerpiece, pray 1 "Our Father"
On each of the next 10 beads, say the following prayer from Saint Gertrude:

When you get to the middle bead in between the decades, say the following prayers:
Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, open the hearts and minds of sinners to the truth and light of God, the Father. Immaculate Heart of Mary, pray for the conversion of sinners and the world.
Then pray 1 "Glory Be". On that same bead, pray 1 "Our Father" as you did on the centerpiece and continue on to the 10 beads as you did above.
Repeat until you get back to the centerpice and finish with the "Most Sacred Heart of Jesus"..."Glory Be" ,etc.
