Greeting to you, am contemplating on how to visit your office to discuss personally my situation with you. But for many reasons weighing against me, I cannot hence decided to drop my proposal to you in writing.

I am MBOMA MAMAR, the son of late MR. EMMANUEL MAMAR who is in charge of Diamond Trade in Sierra-Leone. I was privileged to have undertaken several tours with my late father prominent amongst which was the trip to Cotonou, Republic of Benin where I was made a co-signatory to my late father's fund with a Security firm.

Now my problem is that on 8th August, my fathers associate JOHN STIKON visited me in Africa and I took him to the Security company in Cotonou where I introduce him as my Guardian and indicated our interest to have the consignment (fund) in their custody released to him to enable him make further transfer to the United State of America through a local bank in Cotonou and certain formalities were undertaken before he returned to America from where he was supposed to send in some needed information to facilitate movement of fund to his nominated accounts in U.S. before the cold hands of death snatched him away in 9/11 Terrorist attack 2001 where he was busy performing his lawful duties.

Sir, I will be most grateful and owe a loyalty to you if you are humane enough to assist me in coming to claim these funds. As my guardian, you will be directing me in useful investment areas in your country, help me secure a permanent stay in your country after you have come down and confirmed the existence of the aforementioned / signed all documents for the transfer of the funds to your nominated bank account after the necessary formalities with the Security company along with letter of agreement. The amount involved is $65,000,000.00 (Sixty-Five million United States. Dollars only).

Please reply immediately you receive my email to enable me give you more details, I am ready to oblige any percentage you want out of the fund and I believe you will be fair as I will repose so much faith in your understanding of my position.
