If she wrote you, I'd advise writing her back - she gets nasty when she's been left waiting.
She's been in the workshop pretty much all day, getting ready for the trade show at next week's convention so it's pretty safe to contact me at the moment.

Thank you for your consideration. I would have been able to write off all costs to Amsterdam as a business expense, but I can probably do the same with a trip to Canada. In particular, let me know when you find out what city so I can book my flight as early as possible.
Will you be handling the delivery, or will it be someone else?
