First I am going to swear the affidavit for Fund Ownership in your name and particular in the Federal High of Justice and I have to register and incorporate the name of your company in Nigeria to establish the payment procedure accordingly to stand in your company name and particular for you to secure approvals for immediate payment.
Without going through this very process the payment will never be recognise and there will be no payment to you as the non-resident contractor that executed this contract.
