HOW DID I GET TO HERE

After graduating, I worked in Mansheit el bakry hospital then Almaza Fever Hospital then Bugshan Hospital in Saudi Arabia. I lived in Kuwait for 15y,then Iraq for 1y,then Egypt for 15y,then Saudi Arabia for 1y,then USA for 4y, and then back to Egypt till now. My  dream was  to  immigrate  to  the states which I achieved in the late  1989 . I worked there in a different field ( Stereos and car alarms ) for almost four years I opened my own store ( AZ Audio) in Glendale/Arizona . Returning to Egypt at the end of 1993, I tried several different jobs, not finding exactly what I was looking for. Finally, I decided to try something related to the Health and Fitness. I took two courses Youth Fitness Trainer and Ideal Weight Management. I opened my own clinic for weight management and fitness trainer .During that period my son and my daughter was practicing Track and Field which I loved .So I decide to train them , I started gathering information over the net ,reading books , watching video tapes and cds .Also some great coaches helped me over the net and here in Egypt. My 2 kids are now champion of Egypt in the sprint, Long Jump, Hurdles , Heptathlon on there age group. Beside I train about 10 young boys and girls, 3 beautiful girls of them are ranked number one in Egypt in there age group in the sprint, Long Jump, Hurdles, Heptathlon ,High Jump and 800m

HOBBIES AND INTERESTS

Since I was a kid, I have enjoyed watching and playing sports, with a particular interest in soccer , track & field. I was a member in Medicine college soccer team at the age of 15 and a member of Bugshan Hospital soccer team at the age of 32. I practiced track and field but not on the top level. While I was in the USA I enjoyed watching basketball my favorite team was Phoenix Suns . I love traveling , I went to most of Europe , USA ,and some Arab countries .I love fishing and riding boats .I started self learning computers in 1995 and I spent about 2 hours daily on it
