1. THE TEAM

This team should not in any way be confused with the original Fantastic Four.  This is the result of five goofy teenager friends who developed super powers in high school and now battle crime in a less than serious manner.  This group seems to have good intentions, but with the turning of one to evil and then back to good, there is no telling what could happen with the group, and this has left many members of the Bureau weary of this group. A close eye will keep on them.

ACTIVES

Boy Wonder: James Wallace- College Student.  Has an excessively large brain that allows him to invent and build stuff very quickly.
Bulk Guru: Adam Sears- College Student. Invented a suit that he wears which is armed with dangerous versions of bulk candies, which are stored in bins on his back. 
Captain Comet: Andy Hazen- Has the ability to fire laser beams from his eyes, X-Ray vision, fly and super human strength.  He also has a known weakness to aluminum foil.
Milk Man: Dan Purington- Has the ability to generate and control milk from any part of his body.  He can also control milk products that he did not create. 
Momentum Man: Steve Babbitt- Has the super human strength, the ability to run through anything and super dense skin that provides him with body armor.  Has a known weakness to milk and other dairy products.

 

RESERVES

Chris-Guy: Chris Lawrence- Has the ability to change from his normal version to an alter ego who has super human strength and the ability to teleport himself anywhere.

2. JURISDICTION

Unknown

 

3. PURPOSE

The purpose of this team appears is simply to battle evil.  So far they have obeyed the law at all times, but this could change if they come under evil influence or are just feeling mischievous.  Every active member of this team is a full time member of this force.  The reservists are not full time members and only need to respond when called upon for duty. The inactive reserves are only called upon in dire situations in which their presence is what stands between the success and failure of the mission.

 

4. FUTURE ACTIONS

Unknown. Close attention is being paid to this group to figure out whether they are a threat or not.

 

5. INTER-TEAM COORDINATION

So far the Fantastic Four and Dan has not shown any cooperation with other super human teams. This may change in the future.

 

6. CURRENT STATUS

As of right now, the Fantastic Four and Dan is being monitored as a potential threat. While this may change, the little information we have available requires that we keep a close eye on them at all times until they are deemed trustworthy.
