Light Knives: Dagger is able to create solid
light daggers that do EX (20) Edged damage.
She can throw four daggers/round at up to four different targets if she
desires. These daggers dissipate one round
after they leave Dagger’s hand.

History
As a youth, Tyrone was captured along with Tandy Bowen, and
experimented on by the Maggia with new forms of addictive drugs. However, instead of killing them, Tyrone and
Tandy were endowed with their powers which they use to fight a drug war of
their own, destroying the people who deal drugs and trying to cure the addicted
children they meet.
