Teleportation: Wavelength has the ability to transform herself and others into electric binary impulses, and then send these impulses through a phone line.  This allows her to teleport people anywhere in the world where there is a telephone line.  She can teleport up to 20 people at a time, although it takes her one turn to transform each person.  She does not need to make an Endurance FEAT while making these transports, but each person needs to make a Reason FEAT to figure out where they are or suffer 1-10 rounds of disorientation.  People reform into their regular states when they reach their destination.
