KNOWN POWERS

Magnetic Manipulation: Starstreak can manipulate the magnetic lines of force with AM (50) ability.  This gives her the ability to move and control metallic objects.  She has not developed any power stunts as of yet.

Electrical Manipulation: Starstreak can manipulate and control electricity with AM (50) ability.  This allows her to resist electrical attacks and redirect them at the attacker.  No power stunts have yet to be developed.

Light Manipulation: Starstreak can generate and manipulate existing light energy.  This light is of AM (50) intensity and may either be cast in a line, affecting a single target, or as a flash affecting everyone in the area.  This causes blindness for 5+1-10 turns.  No power stunts have been developed yet.

Sound Manipulation: Starstreak can manipulate existing sonic energies, dampening existing sounds with AM (50) ability or increase that noise by one level of intensity if a successful FEAT is made.

Nullifying Power: Starstreak has the ability to negate the inborn powers of others super-humans with EX (20) ability, either mutants or altered humans, but not that of Hi-Tech Wonders or Mystical characters.  This power is extremely potent and while it is in effect, Starstreak cannot uses any of her other powers.

Energy Reflection: Starstreak has the ability to absorb up to UN (100) amounts of energy and reflect it back at an opponent.  She must make an Agility FEAT to redirect the energy at a target or it will shoot out at everything in the area.  If she takes more than UN (100) damages, she absorbs 100 points of the damage and takes the remainder.
