Ice Generation and Control: Icestorm can generate ice by pulling water molecules out of the air and freezing them.  He can also control ice and snow, whether he made it or not.  He does this with INC. (40) ability.  So far he has only developed one power stunt.  This is freezing the water molecules in a human.  He must make a power FEAT to see how this works.  A white roll means nothing.  A green roll means the target gets really cold and suffers a -2CS on all FEATs.  A yellow roll means the person is frozen for 10+1-10 turns.  A red roll means the target freezes and shatters, killing them.

Resistance to Cold: Icestorm has CL.1000 protection from ice and the cold.

Body Armor: Icestorm's costume provides him with EX. (20) protection from physical attacks.
