Power Cosmic  :  Blackbeard was at one time a herald of Galactus in an alternate reality, which gives him the following powers:

            -Power Blasts of UN (100) Force or Energy

            -Raising any single ability score (his own or another’s) to UN (100) for 1-10 rounds

            -Healing up to UN (100) damage

            -Reconstruct existing matter in his own fashion (he cannot transmute elements)

            -Perceive any energy source of more than UN (100) levels, anywhere on the planet

            -Blackbeard has no need to eat or breathe.  Other power stunts may be developed

Flight  :  Blackbeard can fly at up to Cl 5000 speeds in space.  In atmospheric conditions, he flies at ShZ speeds maximum (200 areas per round)

Body Armor  :  Blackbeard has MN (75) protection from energy and physical attacks, which he may boost to UN (100) for 1-10 rounds.  He is Invulnerable to Heat and Cold and may survive in space for long periods of time

Skeleton  :  Blackbeard was at one time Wolverine, and as such still has his adamantium skeleton

Claws  :  It is likely since he still has Wolverine's adamantium skeleton, it is reasonable to conclude that he has Wolverine's claws, but he has yet to demonstrate this

Equipment-Sword  :  Blackbeard wields the Doom Blade, a sword given to him by his reality's Dr. Doom.  It is constructed of Cl 1000 material, and inflicts AM (50) edged damage. 

Talents:  Blackbeard retains knowledge of Galactus's technologies, and is a Weapons Specialist with his sword
