Tears, Smile and a Thank you

I find tears in my eyes,
And a mound of nothing in my throat,
Just knowing that so many have enjoyed my site.

I often feel that once one learns who I am,
They runaway,
And tell their friends to do the same.

There are times that I want to holler out,
Just to see if anyone is listening,
To the me that hurts inside.

But for those of you who have left a note,
Either in my email or guestbook,
Thank you, thank you.

It is for my readers,
That I keep updating this site.
