Disabilities and Me I have so much to say here because of the life path I have chosen to take. I have tried to discuss with various commercial writing websites but they are all reluctant to hear me out and end up turning me down in the end. Heck, I am frankly sick of their wishy-washy-ness. I therefore have decided to extend my website available to me with Geocities. What I have to say deserves to be said. My hope in doing it in this format is that I educate others through the site. The more educated the population, the more likely the population of disabled persons will be accepted. A viewer of the website has said that I should think about a possible question and answer question in regards to disabilities. If you have an opinion please email me at [email protected] . My particular interests in disabilities is the physical disabilities that hinder a person from having full use of any or all of their extremities. Email me your questions and I will start a sub-category here that answers your questions or directs you to the website that may have the answer. Please keep the questions light I am not a doctor and thus I suggest you go to a medical website if they are medical diagnosis or prognosis related. I am a person with cerebral palsy, seizure disorder, and depression among other non-diagnosed conditions. I am also a social worker with my MSW (Master's in Social Work). I decided to get my MSW because to further my work with the physically and mentally disabled population. My mission statement (stated above) comes from my degree and hopes in fulfilling my goals as an individual. So what I recommend is that you bookmark this site and come back often. I will try and give you the reader a better understanding of who I am as a person with multiple disabilities.
