Many times you have things you want to say,
But you wait to say them on some other day.
You think it's not important it can wait,
But before you know it has become too late.

You meant to phone a friend just to say hi,
But now it's to late it's time to say goodbye.
Why did you wait to say what had to be said,
It is now too late the friend is dead.

You meant to say sorry to the one you upset,
Now they have moved on you're full of regret.
You waited too long your apology to give,
Now with the hurt you have to live.

When did you last tell your partner I love you,
Make sure you tell them before it's too late too.
Life is so short it can end at any time,
So say your say it is no crime.
