I used to pray through every test
That they would let me go if I did my best.
But every day they inflict more pain
And my screams for help are all in vain.
I am given no food or water to drink
I am left lying here while they look and think.
Then they pull me out and again they cut
Going deeper and deeper into my gut.
Finished there, they are now onto my face
Reducing the burns inflicted from mace.
They giggle and laugh as I scream and twitch.
Then pour on some more with the flick of a switch.
With the fun and laughter over at last
They spray me with water in a welcoming last.
I desperately try to lick it off my lips
But they are gone as well like my fingertips.
It can't be long I sigh with relief
I wait for morning, with that my belief.
They will throw me away to be left for dead
So I go back to the trees and grass in my head.
