In my job as an English professor in Konyang University, Korea, I asked some students to write a story: The Ant and the Grasshopper

ANT AND GRASSHOPPER

Once upon a time, ant and grasshopper lived in a meadow. When ant worked very hard in summer, grasshopper sang a song. The grasshopper thought ant was foolish. He didn't understand why he worked. Because he could seek food everywhere. But ant worked hard continually. He prepared for the winter. He know that he couldn't seel food in winter Time was passed. The wonter came. The ant lived in his house and he took a rest. But the grasshopper was in snow. He couldn't seek food and didn't take a rest. He was stumble in snow. he thought ant's house was full of food. He went there and he called on ant. The ant taked him why he prepared for the winter. And the ant gave food to him. But the ant talked a reason. The reason was the grasshopper worked hard instead of the ant. The grasshopper agreed with that. So the grasshopper worked hard, and the ant took a rest sang a song in next summer

Long long ago Ant and Grasshopper lived in small village. Ant was very dellegent. So, he worked very hard day and night and could exculate much food. When winter was comming, he had no-problem. The Ant were very happy.. He thought that working hard is the most important thing in the world. But Grasshopper was very lazy. He sang a song and danced everyday. He do dance and sing very well. Oneday, manager of entertainment company saw that grasshopper sang a song. He thought that grasshopper has a talent of star. So, He picked up grasshopper. Grasshopper sang on the stage that everyone can hear his song. He made lots of money and he was famous for song. He thought that song is the most important thing in the world. Ant and Grasshopper lived very happy until they die.

A long time ago. When tiger smoked, There lived a hard-working ant and a very lazy grasshopper. In summer, ant worked very hard but grasshopper played guiter and sang every day. grasshopper sneezed ant "hey, guy! you are very stupid. life is short. let's play together."
but ant said "We must prepare food for this winter. let's work together." but grasshapper didn't work.
finally winter has come. ant lived with food which he gethered last summer. but grasshopper was hungry and cold. so grasshopper regreted that he didn't work hard. grasshopper went to ant'house and begged.
"please give me food." worm-heart ant gave food. grasshopper wept and said "in next summer, work hard together." ant smiled and agreed.

Once upon a time, there lived an ant and a grasshopper.The ant was very diligent but the grasshopper was idle extremely. The ant worked hard all days to save the food for winter. But the lazy grasshopper never worked. He always played and sang! Time was gone, winter came. The grasshopper who had nothing to eat went to the ant' home and said to him,
" I am very hungry and can't bear the cold. To make me more miserable, I have no place to rest and sleep."
But the ant didn't accept! So the lazy grasshopper was starved to death.

Long Long times ago, There were Ant and Graashopper Ants was famous for diligent worker but Grasshopper was famous for singer , in other words, Grass-hopper was a kind of entertainmenter But It was free-work ..no paying even though no-paying for singing . He always sang and sang
Summer .. It was very hot season . the ant wanted to rest... He wanted to go shadow of tree ..But He endured and He worked ,worked for the future, winter and the ant restored his food at his garbage , As he worked hard .he had much food maybe he was the richest insect...
The Grass-hopper ?? haha as you know he always sang No works ..he was really lazy Actually He was fool Because He could see only the present ..He never thought the future .If he thought the future . He had to be diligent the season changed to the winter .. All food was disappeared There was Only white color only snow. The ant played at his home with his lovely family and he ate enough food ,Because he had saved much food.
The grass-hopper was always hungry he sang.. but the song was a hungry song.. he did not eat food for long time. so he visited the ant's house.. he begged to the ant "please the great ant.!! give me some food I am hungry Please"
The ant gave him food and took care of him ....The grasshopper regretted his past behavior And he dicided be diligent !!!
Ant and grasshopper became a good friend .they lived together with smile

Chapter 1
A long time ago there lived a hard-working ant, and a very lazy grasshopper. Ant was so diligent that he can save much food for winter. But the lazy grasshopper couldn't save food for winter. So grasshopper decided to steal food from ant. One night of the late autumn, grasshopper went to ant's house with gun. But ant already knew grasshopper's plan. So he prepared gun. That night poor grasshopper was killed by ant.
Chapter 2
After 10 years, sun grasshopper decided to revenge. So one night sun grasshopper went to ant's house. But that time was ant's dying hour. The ant's last words was " I'm very sorry to poor grasshopper. I beg his pardon". So the sun grasshopper decided to forgive him. After that, ant's family and grasshopper's family became good neighborhood.

Once upon a time, there lived a grsshopper and an deligent ant. The grass hopper liked playing the violine and tried to play better. He had no time to work for food but he always played the violine. He was happy because he could do what he really wanted to do. Contrary, the ant worked very hard during the summer. he didn't take a rest but only worked hard.
Time passed and the wintter came. there were no food anymore in the field. For the ant worked hard in the summer, he had much food to eat.
But he was too tired of working and he didn't know how to play and take a rest. He just ate food and took a sleep all day long. By the way, the grass hopper had no food and shivered in the cold weather. But he completed his music world, so cold weather or hunger din't matter to him.
He could dye with happy mind.

THE ANTS & GRASSHOPPERS
Once upon a time in a animal land, very diligent ants and very lazy grasshoppers lived.
The ants was always working very hard. But grasshoppers was always singing and dancing without any working! In summer, sweat was running through the body of ants. But There was only humming through the nose around the grasshoppers. Even in autumn that situation was kept. During that time, ants can accumulate so much food. Whereas grasshoppers's food became insufficient.
Finally, the winter has come! Ants can rest in their warm house. Because they had plenty of food and other resources. They can prepare happy X-mas!.
But grasshoppers had nothing. Old guitars only belongde them. Their hope was only ANTS.
Grasshoppers went to ants house. They were very worried, because ants would not help them. One step, one step they progress with very uneasy heart.
Overthere, ants were seen. They looked as if they were waiting someone.
Suddenly, ants ran to grasshoppers. And ants hug grasshoppers. The diligent are also very generous.

Long long time ago, there lived a grasshopper and an ant. Ant worked hard every day. He was not lazy. But his neighbor, Mr.Grasshopper liked playing the guitar, but he hated working. So he always sang and played. He never worked. Ant went to Grasshopper to advise him to work hard, but grasshopper didn't listen carefully. When winter came, Grasshopper had no food and no house. But Ant had a lot of food and a warm house. So Grasshopper went to Ant and beged for food. Then Ant gave him food and a warm bed. And Ant reminded him of having advised him to work hard last summer.
So Grasshopper was very shamed and decided to work hard next year.
