ROSEMARY’S CHEESECAKE

 

 

MAKE GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST AS ON BOX.  YOU MAY ALSO ADD ½ TSP OF CINNAMON.  DO NOT BAKE.

 

6    8 OZ PKGS CREAM CHEESE SOFTENED

2-1/2 CUPS SUGAR

7 EGGS SLIGHTLY BEATEN

 

BLEND CREAM CHEESE AND GRADUALLY ADD SUGAR.  BEAT IN EGGS SLOWLY UNTIL NO GRANULES REMAIN.  BAKE AT 325 FOR 1-1/2 HOURS. OPEN DOOR TO OVEN AND PULL OUT RACK AND LET CAKE SIT THERE UNTIL IT SETTLES DOWN.

 

1 CUP SOUR CREAM

¼ CUP SUGAR

 

BEAT TOGETHER WELL WITH SPOON.  SPOON OVER HOT CAKE AND BAKE 10 MINUTES MORE AT 350.

 

LET SIT AT ROOM TEMP FOR 1 HOUR AND REFRIG OVERNIGHT.
