PEANUT BUTTER
FUDGE FROSTING
3 CUPS SUGAR
3 (1OZ) SQUARES UNSWEETENED CHOCOLATE
¼ TSP SALT
1 CUP MILK
¾ CUP SHORTENING
½ CUP CREAMY PEANUT BUTTER
1 TSP VANILLA
COMBINE SUGAR, CHOCOLATE,
SALT, MILK, AND SHORTENING IN HEAVY SAUCEPAN.
BRING TO BOIL, STIRRING CONSTANTLY.
BOIL FOR 3 MINUTES, STIRRING CONSTANTLY.
REMOVE FROM HEAT. POUR INTO LARGE
MIXING BOWL. ADD PEANUT BUTTER AND
VANILLA AND BEAT AT HIGH SPEED FOR 7 MINUTES.
MAKES 3-3/4 CUPS.
