SET ASIDE. COMBINE SUGAR, FLOUR
AND COCOA IN LARGE MIXING BOWL. STIR IN
CHOCOLATE MIXTURE. ADD EGGS, VANILLA AND
SALT AND WISK UNTIL COMBINED. DO NOT
OVERBEAT. STIR IN NUTS. SPOON INTO MUFFIN TINS LINED WITH CUPCAKE
PAPERS , 2/3RD FULL. BAKE AT 300 FOR 40 MINUTES OR UNTIL FIRM WHEN
PRESSED LIGHTLY.
