CHEESY POTATO CASSEROLE

 

1 PKG FROZEN HASH BROWN POTATOES

1 CAN CREAM OF POTATO SOUP

1 CAN CHEDDAR CHEESE SOUP

1  16OZ CONTAINER SOUR CREAM

16 OZ SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE OR COLBY/JACK

 

COMBINE CREAM OF POTATO SOUP, CHEDDAR CHEESE SOUP AND SOUR CREAM.  ADD ½ OF CHEDDAR CHEESE AND MIX WELL.  MIX WITH POTATOES AND SPOON INTO BAKING DISH.  SPRINKLE REMAINING CHEDDAR CHEESE ON TOP AND BAKE COVERED FOR 1 HOUR.  REMOVE COVER AND CONTINUE BAKING FOR ADDITIONAL 15-20 MINUTES OR UNTIL POTATOES ARE SOFT.
