| A great day out on Tampa bay. The water gets deep here as we go under the Skyway bridge. Depths of 8-10 feet go to 70-100 ft once you leave the bay. Good fishin' waters! Egmont key is not far away. The drop off at the shore there is intense. Almost a sheer drop from the beach line. Depth can be 10 ft a few yards off the sand. good for getting the boat in, but choppy and rough. The tankers going by often don't help! |
