| While Clay wasn't originally cast as Martin, he had to fill in for Ryan Pavlick when he quite the project. While Clay never auditioned for the role, he was considered to audition against Ryan. Clay has been in several plays and can also be seen in the Nice Pen! film JEFF, as well as the in-production SKATE TAPE II. | Originally Clay was going to play El Paso Pete, but things didn't work right and Mike is now handling the role. After his good guy role in 12 A STORY OF CRIME AND PUNISHMENT, it's good to see Mike as the asshole for once. Mike can also be seen in the aforementioned 12, TAPE, and the upcoming MY MAN CLAFSHINKEY. | coming soon, as well | Also a newcomer to the Nice Pen! world, Jessie is lucky enough (haha) to helm the first female role in a Pen! film (to clarify: many female roles have been written but the scripts don't make it to the screen). While there are a few actresses that could play the role, Jessie seems to fit it just right. | Steve is the only member of the cast who's never been in a Nice Pen! before. The role of Galonza wasn't cast up until we were reading to role camera so we gave Steve a call and he worked us into his schedule. Look for Steve in plays and hopefully in many more Pen! films. | A veteran actor and now filmmaker, Erik is taking on the role of retired male pornstar Blen Grammen. Like the old female characters, Blen was created years ago but never made it to the silver screen...or the TV screen. Erik now makes Blen shine in all of his glory with what we believe is an accurate portrayal of a retired male pornstar who befriends teenage boys. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| "I believe MARTIN is the greatest mix between the films Ryan and I made 2 years ago and Nice Pen's! current professionalism. Plus it's got comedy, drama, and even a fight scene to boot." Hopefully all of the hardwork put into the film will pay off, despite being pushed back from a March release. After MARTIN, look for a few shorts this summer and maybe even a full-length. | Davey may not be flexing his acting skills in MARTIN, but he is helping out behind the camera. While he'll appear somewhere in the film, his part will probably not even consist of a line because he's too valuable as a crew member. Dave can be seen in the Nice Pen! short JEFF as well as the upcoming SKATE TAPE II. Also, Dave is developing a few screenplays that he hopes to direct. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
