Once you reserve your room contact one of the committee members or e-mail us stating your arrival date, departure date, name the room is reserved under, and who is staying in a room. The hotel is requesting this from the committee. Dues (2 yrs): Family of 2 or less: $5/month; TOTAL: $120/2 years Family of 3-4: $10/month; TOTAL: $240/2 years Family of 5 or more: $15/month; TOTAL: $360/2 years For those who do not wish to particpate in the activities the dues will be $75/person and it includes the cookout and the banquet PLEASE DON'T WAIT TO THE LAST MINUTE TO PAY THE TOTAL AMOUNT DUE SO YOU CAN ENJOY ALL ACTIVIES, FOOD, and TRANSPORTATION AROUND GREENSBORO.
