Granola
6 c. rolled oats
1 c. sunflower seeds
1 c. sesame seeds
1 c. shelled, unsalted peanuts (optional)
1 c. coconut
2 Tbls. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 c. honey
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. water
1 c. raisins or other dried fruit
Mix dry ingredients. Combine oil and honey; add to dry ingredients,
mixing thoroughly. Add water slowly. Mix well.
Bake at 350� until golden brown, stirring at least two times while
baking. Add raisins or dried fruit.
