The approach, titled the Management Process, is a structured framework featuring the identification of variables in a business environment, measurement procedures for those variables, and information formatting for continuous decision support.

03/1999 Successfully participated in EUROSIM '99 (Brockport, NY, USA) sponsored by the State University of New York, College at Brockport and NYCEUSS, on the topics of Union Immigration and Asylum Policy and Europol. Goal: to learn how works the European Union.

31/08 - 2/09/1998 Successfully participated in the Workshop "Project Management" organized from "Etica Project Bucharest", a student organization from "Politehnica" University of Bucharest.

11/1997 - 12/1997 I took part in the Workshop "Developing Communication Skills for Engineers" at "Politehnica" University of Bucharest (Tempus Program).

9/1996 I took part in the European Workshop on Recovery and Recycling at the University of Karlsruhe (Germany). I worked on a case study by Daimler Benz dealing with "Material Recycling".

5/1996 Mentioned at the Student Communication Session in Management, Marketing and Engineering of Industrial Systems, "Politehnica" University of Bucharest, for the paper "Synthetically Analysis of the Motivation Theories".

Of course, I don't have enough time to practice it as often as I wish, but I'm very happy when I can escape from the city and fly on the snow (as you can see ;-) ).

Besides this the following can be mentioned without any specific preference: watching movies, biking, swimming, bridge, reading, hiking, traveling, computers, making photos.
