Shi Su Heng School of Shaolin Martial Arts

The Shi Su Heng School of Shaolin Martial arts is named for our grandmaster, Sigung Li, Woa Chen. Sifu Bryan Meadows or his Chinese name given to him by his sifu, Sifu Li, Li Chen runs it. The school teaches a numbers of various systems unlike other schools that are base upon one system. It is a traditional taught school. The Shi Su Heng School of Shaolin Martial Arts has over 100 levels but only 30 of these levels are taught at our martial school. In these levels you will learn philosophy, Chinese speaking, and a host of fighting techniques and combat tactics. Our school teaches discipline, knowledge of life, other cultures and spiritual insight, it teaches discipline of the mind, body and spirit. Also in these levels you will have to master certain forms, forms are a set of techniques put together by the founder to make you understand the movements of that style or system. We teach weapon offense and defense. Our martial school is taught strictly which will also help the students in other areas.
