| JUST ANOTHER FREAK |
| Okay, so i'm not really just another freak. i'm a whole 'nother planet crusing through this world and bumping into people making them go "whoa! what was that?". i've tried to be normal and it's just too much work. besides that, it's no fun at all. so, i'm sorry if you were expecting something else, but all i can be is who i am and that's what you'll find here. since being a freak seems to have become a cliqish fashion thing over the last few years, i feel that i should explain my theory of freakdom. first let me just say that it has nothing to do with the clothes you wear nor is it comprised of your jewelry, makeup, tattoos, piercings, other body mods or lack thereof. people who feel that freakdom is defined by appearance have a tendency to call others posers. these people are not true freaks, they are jerks. freakdom doesn't even require a person to behave oddly. freakdom requires only the desire to be true to one's self at all costs. freaks are people who don't bother putting on false fronts or trying to be something they're not. true freaks just go around being themselves. in this world, people are expected to conform to society's standards of coolness; freaks just don't care. |
| sometimes freaks look different, and sometimes they don't. sometimes freaks behave differently and sometimes they don't. most freaks share one common thread: we think differently. we have open minds. we like new things and different things. most importantly, we accept people for who they really are. freaks can come from any social group. when freaks gather it's not unusual to see people who look like they have nothing in common really enjoying each other's company. we embrace our differences and have fun with them. if you want to see a fairly decent example of this behavior, find a Rocky Horror Picture Show cast near you and spend some time with them (be forewarned that you will probly get dragged in to a fair amount of pettyness. it's an unfortunate by-product when gathering large groups of horny freaks). so, now that you know my mind a bit better, it's time to explore my world. go clicky clicky on the links directory button for a list of neat links as well as a directory of this site. be sure to sign the guestbook and check out my custom made native american chokers. there's lots of stuff still to come so go ahead and bookmark me. you'll be glad you did. |
