 Our products are 100% satisfaction guaranteed for 14 days*. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, just call us for a return authorization. Credit applied will be for the purchase price less shipping charges, provided the following conditions are met:
1. Request for return authorization received within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.
2. Returned product must be in NEW condition.
3. Packaging must be intact and not damaged. It cannot be opened or show any signs of usage.
4. The returned package must be postmarked within 10 days of return authorization receipt.
