| She began skating in 1997 at a friend's birthday party at a ice rink. Before she started to skate at an elite level, Fleur was involved in Ballet and Jazz Dance, playing the piano and cello, swimming and horseback riding. Of course, she ended all of that because skating takes all of her spare time. From Fleur: I have trained with these coaches before and they have all taught me so much and have really helped my grow as a skater: - Annie Barabe - Alexandre Ricitelli - Jill Jackson - Michaela and Anne Marie Arnold. My current coaches are Andrei Berezintsez, and Nicolas Ossland. I very much appreciate the support and encouragements I get from my family, my coaches, and the Arnolds. And the most important of all is my mum who does so much for me and who makes it all possible. Her favorite skating moves are spins and spirals. Fleur's skating dresses are by Patricia Economos of Chicago, Illinois USA. She has trained a lot in Drummondville, Canada and in Chicago USA Fleur was the 2003 Junior Champion of Luxembourg and the 2001 and 2002 Novice Champ. |
