My friend, we are in this together,
and I know that you'll get through.
I am glad to offer my support,
as always, I'll be here for you.
But, friend, please don't play down
the strength that you, yourself, possess,
for even without my willing help,
you'd meet this challenge with success.
I only mention this to you,
because sometimes, you sell yourself short,
too certain that you can't tackle things ,
without mine, or someone else's, support.
So , here am I telling you,
those times I helped to see you through,
it was so very clear to me,
much of the success was due to you.
And, yes, I'll always be behind you,
you know well you can count on me,
but look to yourself first, my friend,
you'll see the great strength, that I see.
