| No one knows how, and where Japanese rope bondage started. It is my view the current forms are a mixture of Japanese styles influenced by ideas from China, and elsewhere in Asia. Being a follower of Martial arts I suspect that some of the Chinese trotures, and bondage positions came over from India at about the time Kung Fu was brought over to China by Indian monks. Where the styles mixed with the Japanese arts of the Jumon (rope pattern period 10,000BC to 300 BCE). Rope bondage can be found in the martial art of Ju Jitsu, where it is called hojo jutsu, and was used for restraining opponents on the battlefield. Over the years it has mixed with art forms such as ukiyoe (images of the floating world) to produce some outstanding images, postions. |

| Master Marmion's Love of Japanese Rope Bondage |
||||||||||||||||
| Master Marmion has been a fan of Japanese rope bondage for as long as he can remember. Properly influenced through a career in martial arts, being a Dan grade in Shotokan Karate, and a Tai Chi instructor. The Tai Chi enables Master to give a sub an excellent massage while she remains restrained in a beautiful rope harness. Master has over 200 feet of rope, and suspension points to leave a wayward sub up in the air. |
