Accessibility- * The featured writers take up a lot of room on the homepage which is wonderful for them but confusing to a new poet to the site. As opposed to a icon bar, a pull down list is how to get from the primary sites back to each other. Getting back from whence you came is hard unless you use the back feature on your web browser.
Logical Layout- ** The entire right hand side of the page is the current issue's material. The left hand side of the page has the choices bar and new information. The extreme columns in this site are not easy to follow.
Easy to Find Submission Guidelines- ** In the pull down bar go to Writer Guidelines.
Straight Forward Rules of Submission- ***** All of the relevant information is listed on the page. This is an online medium so email only to submit
Other- *** This journal regularly publishes and evens pays for every submission. If a poet is featured on their site the exposure would be very nice. Other helpful information about the writing process and writing as a career are included in this site.
Overall- *** This journal seems steady and reliable which is always a plus when you are giving your work to them. The fact that they publish very frequently is always a good sign; a stagnant journal will only frustrate a poet. I liked this journal even if their website was a little confusing. The journal seems to have faith in poets of all types and levels of professionalism.
