"Life"
Life is like a cocoon
waiting for a door to open
To unleash the new changes
from the past to the present
Letting go the old
and beginning anew,
While moving forward
in Quantum's leap
Never knowing
what mysteries to encounter,
One must chance the risk,
Holding the key at hand
Open a book
and take time to discover
what lessons are to be learned...

Remember the old
have stories untold,
Paving the road ahead
The cocoon has left
behind an empty shell
But history has made its mark
For the duckling became a swan,
How so the larvae the butterfly,
What shape has the man?

To leave the womb
to become a man
is not enough to be
But leaving his accomplishments
for the entire world to see

Life is more than just a cocoon
To me
