"JUST CRAZY"

Just crazy they say when I, sing to myself hoping to ease the day...
Listening to all the humility and abuse,
while planning my escape...

Withering, shrinking, dying inside,
my shattered soul leaves this place...
The peace draws nigh as the morning tide,
no more to see their face...

Just crazy they say as they share their own
bewilderment when the court verdict is in...

A lifetime of care in the facility there,
they embrace their own dark stares...

Just crazy they say as they roll their eyes,
as if they really knew...
