Richard on Marli

Marli came in here as a highly talented individual. Age wise, shes a little older than people who are trying to break into the business and get a record released tend to be these days. Shes a good song writer but probably not yet a brilliant one. She is looking great but time is not on her side, so it needs to happen for her quite quickly. She is a lovely, caring person and its a shame her record deals havent come off for her in the past.

Marli started out as the one who would stick in my brain because shes really, really sexy, but shes settled down a bit and is tucked in behind the leaders and dont think shes going to pull out. She can dance and shes flexible, but shes not as ahead of the class as she was. But I still think she could become a Tori Amos style artist.

Kirsty on Marlis style

Marli was wonderful. Shes got a really unique style already and has a beautiful face. Shes got a lovely little figure and she was really easy to dress. But I didnt feel like we got enough time to experiment as much as I would have liked to.
She was really into the Ava Gardener look she really liked that kind of glam era but she mixed it up with a bit of Madonna. Shes quite chameleon-like and can wear many different looks and still make them look like her own. She looks fantastic in hats and was always up for trying something new. Marli has got great arms, shoulders and cleavage, so we showed them off a lot. She loved emerald and jade colours, corsets and hairpieces and vintage one-offs. But wasnt into baggy clothes like combat trousers, and she didnt like earrings. In fact, she didnt wear much jewellery at all; she was more into making a statement with the outfit than with accessories.
