Process domestic and international sales orders with special attention to verifying validity of contract terms in relation to revenue recognition and adherence to company policy.  Generate software license agreements and price quotations.  Invoice customers and apply cash received.  Payment processing and check reconciliation.  Generate, mail, and file W-2 and 1099 forms.  Issue and track purchase orders.  Prepare monthly and quarterly revenue analysis reports.  Research customer history data in response to internal queries.  Maintain accounts payable, sales and legal files, and customer database.  Other general accounting functions as needed.
