| 30 April 2004 Today is a beautiful sunny day. We visited the Summer Palace in the morning. It went as quickly as the first time. In the afternoon we went to a huge 6 floor flea market just across the street from our hotel. We didn�t buy much because Mario always thinks he will get a better deal further down or that he is getting ripped off. Things are going well with Ma�la Mommy and Ma�la are now very good friends. She is a happy baby. Last night we went to eat the famous �Canard lacu� of P�kin. Sorry don�t know the English name for this. It was very good. We put all the babies to bed and the parents relaxed in the hall for a little while. We have a very nice group and we get along very well. Three more days left in Beijing before we fly home to Quebec, we really looking forward to see our darling Myandra, we miss her terribly |

| Vendredi le 30 Avril 2004 Aujourd�hui nous avons eu une tr�s belle journ�e pour visite du Palais d��t�. La visite a �t� aussi rapide que la premi�re fois. Dans l�apr�s midi nous avons �t� magasiner dans un grand march� au puce � 6 �tages. Nous n�avons pas fait beaucoup d�achat car Mario croit toujours de faire un meilleur deal plus loin ou de se faire avoir. Tout va tr�s bien avec Ma�la. Maman et Ma�la sont devenues de tr�s bonnes amies maintenant. Elle est un b�b� plein d�energie et de joie. Hier soir nous avons �t� manger du canard lacqu� dans un grand restaurant de Beijing, une sp�cialit�e de la r�gion de P�kin. C��tait un excellent repas. Apr�s nous avons couch� les b�b�s et les parents ont relax�s dans le corridorautour de qeleques bouteilles de vin et de bi�re. Les personnes de notre groupe sont de tr�s bonne compagnie et nous entendons tous � merveille. Juste 3 petits dodos et ce sera le retour au Qu�bec ,nous avons bien h�te car notre grande Myandra nous manque �norm�ment |
