Terms and condition for butterfly pupae and dried butterfly for export:

1. The minimum orders are 100 pcs. (Please read all the terms and condition before placing your orders.)
2. All prices are in US Dollar.
3. The minimum orders are 200 pcs. Of assorted pupae.
4. The minimum orders are USD100 of dried butterflies.
5. Place your orders two weeks before the schedule of delivery date to insure the availability of stock, and to have a time of preparing export permit and other documents.
6. Orders from new customers shall be on proforma Invoice.
7. Availability of every species is not absolutely guaranteed, Marl Insects and Butterfly Culture reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability.
8. We provide price list upon request.
9. The easiest way to place an order is by using our e-mail, fax and telephone, but please fells free to call by phone, fax or mail if you do not wish to order online.
10. There will be a minimum of 200 pcs. Per order per month for butterfly pupae and no minimum for dried butterflies.  You ca choose to receive them weekly or monthly.  Our usual weekly shipments are on Monday and Friday or Saturday all year round.
11. All butterfly pupae order will be treated as an assorted order.  Due to the reason that we are dealing with Mother Nature, we cannot be certain that production of each species can be of 100%.
12. A minimum of 3 weeks advance notice is required for any newly committed order of butterfly pupae and dried butterflies in order for us to program our breeding accordingly.  However, there could be incidental exception whereby we happen to have excess stock.
13. We require one week in advance obtaining all the necessary export paperwork such as export permit, health certificate, CITES permit and etc.
14. The shipping option we provide is only by air (DHL, Air Cargo or TNT).
15. Any single order will be complete with the confirmation of mode of transportation by customer.
16. All prices in the catalogue do not include any shipping charges.  All shipping charges will shoulder by the customer.
17. In the event a product or service is listed.  If there is an incorrect price due to typographical error or error I pricing information received from our suppliers, Marl Insect and Butterfly Culture will have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product or service listed at the incorrect price.
18. The company will have the right to refuse or cancel any order whether or not the order has been confirmed and you have settled your payment charged.  If your payment has been settled for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Marl Insect and Butterfly Culture will immediately issue a credit to your account in the amount of the incorrect price.
19. Special orders of certain species or emergency order are welcome.  This can be done through our Customer Service [email protected] or Tel. 0063-42-332-1558.
20. We only accept Direct Telegraphic Wire Transfer or International Bank Draft or Western Union Money Transfer as payment methods.
21.  You will be informed in your member’s account the actual amount due and choice of mode of payment.
22. Every single purchase order requires a 50% deposit.  
23. When a T. T. wire transfer has been made, the customer is required to fax or e-mail the evidence to marl Insect and Butterfly Culture for clearance of production work or release of shipment to the appropriate courier or shipping services.  That can be done through [email protected] or Fax: 0063-42-332-1558.
24. At Marl Insect and Butterfly Culture, we pride ourselves on offering you the highest quality pupae.  On top of that with each pupae shipment, a 10% extra pupae stock is always added to your original order quantity (Free of Charge).  This is to cover any normal losses due occasional damages or early emergence caused by mishandling or shipment delay for every single shipment.  If ever there were any unforeseen substantial damages or losses which are not cause by our company nor the client, our company and the buyer will share out the losses equally.  If any disaster occurs beyond what is being stated here, it will be treated as per case accordingly.  Any further petition can be submitted to the [email protected] Special Order.
25. Special emergency orders of butterfly pupae or dried butterfly are welcome.  This can be done through [email protected] or Tele/Fax: 0063-42-332-1558.
