RISK Dice outcome probabilities, for traditional and expansion (2210 AD) games,
calculated by raw exact counting using CCS64 Commodore C64 emulator and plain
BASIC. As a table interpretation example; an attacker with
three 8-sided dice facing a defender with two 6 sided dice will generally lose
1 unit for every 3,110739 defender unit. Also, using more dice always puts you
in a better position.
