Another year has flown by for me and it is hard to believe.  Every time I wonder "is this year that I am going to grow up?"

I sure hope not!

My birthday was great, we had an excellent dinner at a really cool seafood restaurant on the river just outside of Cabarette.  The moon was full and it was just about perfect.  The 27th is a national holiday here (Independence Day) so we had the day off allowing us to go out after dinner.  It was really a great night.  One that allowed me to reflect on how truly lucky I am.  My life is truly charmed.

It has been four very different settings for my last four birthday and next year Ecuador will be yet another new one.  GET IN!
