Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles -- Supernatural
These guys just have amazing chemistry together, without them the show wouldn't be half as good.(yea, I picked two...so what)

The Ricky Award:
Hugh Laurie -- House
In 2006 and 2007 Hugh Laurie won the Golden Globe for Best Actor in a Television Drama, and in 2005 he was nominated for an Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actor In A Drama Series. Seems like at minimum he deserves my award.
