Ranveer was born fully permeable to squirrels but he managed to supress it with a large rubber supository for 16 years. When war with the squirrels loomed he faced his unique gift (like the X-Men) to save the day. Since that day any squirrel within 200 meters has been sucked in like an egg in a time-warp.
However unlike an egg in a time warp the squirrles end up inside Ranveers large intestine and not on a prehistoric adventure. once inside the squirrels cant escape. So next time you see Ranveer dont kick him (hard) because that fat arse of his is the only thing saving us from almost total confusion.
