About Us
We are young enthusiastic Christian biologists absolutely passionate about birds, bugs and other stuff. Mark is a budding ornithologist, conducting research on numerous South African birds. He is an active bird ringer, and grabs any opportunity to catch and ring birds. He works at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, Pietermaritzburg, South Africa, in the School of Biological and Conservation Siences. Kelly, having run an environmental education centre at Ishona Langa Wildlife Sanctuary during 2001, and completing a MSC on Dassie (Rock Hyrax) physiology and behaviour, is now a qualified teacher employed at Maritzburg Christian School where she teaches biology and physical science. She loves sharing bush experiences with School children, while educating them about their natural heritage at the same time. We fellowship at Grace Church International, which relates to New Covenant Ministries International (www.ncmi.net).
