There is an excellent article from Small Boat Journal here, comparing the Precision 18 with the Capri 18, the Hunter 18.5, the Sovereign 18 at widgetsailor.com. After only a few days on the water with the boat, I would agree with just about everything in their article.
There is an excellent owner's page by Bob Mendes on his P-18 the Flood Tide. This definitely contributed toward my own initial impression of the Precision boats, and the P-18 in particular, to buy the boat.
