It has been 5-years since I have even looked at my own site and decided I would do a 10-year update.
I am happy to report that I recently had my 10-year check up and I am still healthy and cancer free. If you have found this site and have or know someone who has Hodgkins please know it is treatable.
Everyone always told me that I should keep a journal, that it would help. Well, I really thank it did. I also hope the thousands that visited my site also benefited from my experience.
It is with mixed emotions that I close down my site, but with 3 kids and busy work, school, sports, and treavel schedules I no longer have the time to put into the site.
Besides, I have had little to report over the last 4 years, so I have decided it is time to move on. I also encourage all who read these words looking for some insight, strength, and support to realize that Hodgkins is not the end, but it is simply a bump in the road.
