| This image is from the same hike as the Saratoga Gap Outcrop (previous page). The late-winter light was filtering through the woods the way it always does at that time of year. I've always wanted to paint the backlit tree trunks with their "aura" of moss. I can almost smell the leaves on the ground from last Fall when I think of this place.
