As seen at the dedication ceremony during Beloit's Artwalk 2004. For some reason, when I look at this I think the guy kneeling at the lower left is the artist, O.V. “Verne” Shaffer. You will note that silhouetted figure is the only one holding a tool (hammer) for working metal.
