I never knew I could live without you, I think I am learning how.
I feel like I am supposed to miss you,
But honestly, I can't find a reason to.
I do not miss you yelling at me,
I do not miss making your tea.
I do not miss the stress of making sure your every need is met,
So far I cannot find a reason to miss you, at least not yet.
I do miss you for our son, he misses his Dad,
He is the one getting hurt, and that makes me sad.
But the feelings go no further than that for you,
I will not be looking back much, I do not like what I see when I do.
Soon I no longer will be called your wife,
I am saying good bye, I am moving on in my life.
