My dear friends we know that previous governments have failed for doing many promises and saying many things that ultimately they couldn’t  have expired, this has taken to the people to distrust to their authorities, they don’t want to help to the authorities  in their  mandate and dismissing them in surveys.

It's for that, with the offers already before listened on the part of the corresponding ministers, brings over of his plans of work in the different fields and departments at that they preside, we have the aptitude to say that we  will make real these things. I want to reaffirm that I haven't come to do promises that in a future I am not going to be able to fulfill, I haven't come to paint to them a wall of changes and projects for a total improvement of the country, I don't bring an enormous list of plans that contain good intentions without base or existing development, or less scoundrels' banking that alone comes to fill the pockets with the money of the Peruvians, today I bring a plate with persons prepared for all kinds of risks that there could traverse the country, which is not afraid of to the threats of other parties not of persons that damaging our plans, They can't do of Peru, a country where they don't respect theirs authorities.

We do not want that Peru will be a country that depends to other international organizations that every day more increases the interests for some debt without paying, we want that Peru is a country with democracy where every person could be able to choose the candidate that they prefer, Without nobody forces them to incline for any more ranking people, we want a Peru where every person could express freely of his leaders coming to a dialogue with the respective unions, and if they don't come to a good agreement, they will be free to realize marches or protests without any type of violence and without harming others that do not have anything to see. We need a country where every person could independent being already is mounting his own business or managing them since them prefer, clearly that doing everything legally and without the condition state receives prices too many high  for quotas that have to be paid, it is necessary to understand that newly they are beginning and we cannot take their first earnings from them.

We need of new ideas and thoughts that they govern Peru, already we are tired of seeing the same faces every year, these persons who whenever there are elections appear forgetting that have done anything neither for their people that chose them, the electors believing that they would obtain a development for his localities they met a surprise. They managing to know persons who simply use the politics as a way easy to earn money, doing of theirs since they have the facilities to the hand, it is not just compatriots. Our country need young people in the government, that they offer to us new ideas and handling the topic of Peru going with the advance of the technology, It doesn't mean that the old people this one others, on the contrary, we need them but only helping and advising with their experience those that newly start and need to know that they mustn't do to commit the same mistakes that have done of Peru a little developed country and without many improvements in the last years.

I want to end saying that I  bring a bench of young people, of qualified people and with studies in the best both national and international universities, with doctorates and enviable titles, which any other party wanted to manage to have, I want that you know that my companions of the party won't be stealing money and if they do that, they will be sanctioned.

My party is not anyone, is a prepared space and with experience of many years, we will not stoop to doing dirty war to other parties, but I can say that we possess good ideas and that they will not repent giving us your vote.

Amigos sabemos que anteriores gobiernos han fracasado por hacer muchas promesas y decir muchas cosas que al final no han podido cumplir, esto ha llevado a la población a que desconfíen de sus autoridades, no apoyándolos en su mandato y desaprobándolos en encuestas.

Es por eso que con las propuestas ya antes escuchadas por parte de los ministros correspondientes, acerca de sus planes de trabajo en los distintos campos y ministerios que presiden, tenemos la capacidad de decir que las haremos realidad. Quiero reafirmarles que no he venido a hacer promesas que en un futuro no voy a poder cumplir, no he venido a pintarles una pared de cambios y proyectos para un mejoramiento total del país, no traigo una enorme lista de planes que contienen buenas intenciones sin base ni desarrollo existente, ni menos una banca de sinvergüenzas que solo viene a llenarse los bolsillos con el dinero de los peruanos, hoy yo les traigo una plancha con personas preparadas para todo tipo de riesgos que pueda correr el país, que no le teme a las amenazas de otros partidos ni de personas que dañando nuestros planes, haga del Perú, un país donde no respeten a sus autoridades, hay que saberse darse su lugar. No queremos que el porvenir del Perú sea un país que dependa de otros organismos internacionales que cada día más aumente los intereses por alguna deuda sin pagar, nosotros queremos que el Perú sea un país con democracia donde cada persona pueda saber elegir al candidato que ellos prefieran sin que nadie los obligue a inclinarse por los mas rankeados, queremos un Perú donde toda persona pueda expresarse libremente de sus gobernantes llegando a un dialogo con los respectivos gremios, y si es que no se llega a un buen acuerdo, serán libres de realizar marchas o protestas sin ningún tipo de violencia y sin perjudicar a otros que no tienen nada que ver. Necesitamos un país donde cada persona pueda ser independiente ya sea montando su propio negocio o ingeniándoselas como ellos prefieran, claro que haciendo todo legalmente y sin que el estado cobre precios demasiados altos por cuotas que se tienen que pagar, hay que entender que recién están empezando y no podemos quitarles sus primeras ganancias.

Requerimos de nuevas ideas y pensamientos que gobiernen el Perú, ya estamos cansados de ver las mismas caras todos los años, esas personas que cada vez que hay elecciones se presenten olvidando que no han hecho nada por sus pueblos ni ciudades que los eligieron, los electores creyendo que obtendrían un desarrollo para sus localidades se dieron con una sorpresa, llegando a conocer a personas que simplemente utilizan la política como un medio fácil de ganar dinero, haciendo de las suyas pues tienen las facilidades a la mano, eso no es justo compatriotas. Nuestro país necesita gente joven en el gobierno, que nos brinden nuevas ideas y manejando el tema del Perú yendo con el avance de la tecnología, eso no significa que la gente vieja este demás, al contrario, las necesitamos pero solamente ayudando y asesorando con su experiencia a aquellos que recién empiezan y necesitan saber que no deben hacer para cometer los mismos errores que han hecho del Perú un país poco desarrollado y sin muchas mejoras en los últimos años.

Quiero terminar diciéndoles que les traigo una bancada de gente joven, de gente capacitada y con estudios en las mejores universidades tanto nacionales como internacionales, con doctorados y títulos envidiables, que cualquier otro partido quisiera llegar a tener, quiero que sepan que mis compañeros del partido no se ensuciaran las manos robando dinero y si es que lo hicieran llegaran a ser sancionados a su debido momento, pero no crean que todos los políticos son iguales.

Mi partido no es cualquiera, es un espacio preparado y con experiencia de muchos años, no nos rebajaremos a hacer guerra sucia a otros partidos, pero puedo decir que poseemos buenas ideas y que no se arrepentirán de darnos su voto.
